Heron Land Developments would like to welcome you to this website which details how you can have your say on our plans for a major new development in North Yate.
South Gloucestershire Council’s draft Core Strategy proposes a new neighbourhood of up to 3,000 homes and up to nine hectares of employment space on land in North Yate, known as the North Yate New Neighbourhood.
Heron Land is a substantial landowner within the North Yate New Neighbourhood area and following a first round of public consultation earlier this year, has now begun developing a masterplan for the site, which will be submitted to the Council later this year.
Public Consultation – Draft Masterplan
We have begun conducting a second phase of public consultation on our North Yate proposals and want to hear your views on the draft masterplan for the site.
Public exhibitions were held on the following dates in order to allow people to find out more about the plans and to discuss them with the development team:
